Aralia

Aralia or Spikenard, has long, warm colored and divided leaves; white spiky blooms and twisted, thick and short branches and stems. These can be categorically said to small and medium sized indoor plants.
Native to America and Asia, Aralia is found majorly in mountain woodlands, and more than 60 varieties. It requires bright but indirect sunlight, well draining soil, sheltered location and adequate amount of water to grow. It grows quite slowly, but can reach upto the height of 6 feet. It features anti inflammatory properties, helps in regulation of Blood pressure, motor control issues including seizures.
